Last Saturday we kicked off our Zoom classes and WOW, what a day we had! It was so refreshing to see all our wonderful students and have a chat and some fun. We didn’t offer Zoom classes during the first lockdown (total denial and stubbornness on my part!) and now I look back and think……..”How did I survive the last lockdown without my Zoom classes?”
This term we have linked up with our good friends at Performing Arts School Galway. There was a huge gathering of eager faces as we merged the two schools together online and it was a roaring success!
So although we are confined to our homes and we can’t do what we usually do in person – thank goodness we can still engage our imaginations, keep our creativity alive, see our friends on screen, catch up on some news, sing, dance and act our way through this phase…….And it is only a phase, a phase where Zoom is our very good friend and our imaginations and talents will be nurtured via the screen.
